I noticed this last night, and for a moment it bothered me. Then I realized it really didn't matter in the big picture, but:
The Jacket for tGS has acknowledgements for numerous websites dedicated to the WoT.
Wotmania is not on it, nor is readandfindout.
The reason it lessened in importance to me, is that I realized the timing of things likely doomed any chance for either to be included.
Wotmania was known to be ending as this was all coming together...and Mike clearly was not somebody in touch with the RJ/TOR camps. They couldn't put an obsolete website on the jacket. And, as rafo.com was up front about being a website that was moving away from WoT (big mistake IMO, but that's another story), why would TOR take any notice of them?
So, despite a long-term WoT following, despite the best FAQ of WoT that ever existed, despite one of the best theory forums, despite some of the most knowledgable posters....wotmania blows away like forgotten sand, to be lost in the turning of time.
