I won't go into this too much other than to say I loved this book. Most importantly, it felt like a WoT book. I quickly found myself not giving any thoughts to who wrote what parts. It felt good.

I'm glad Egwene's story arc was there to give something positive because, damn!!!, were Rand's parts hard to read. Not that they weren't well done. They're just so hopeless (for lack of a better word).

Also, is Cadsuane just totally clueless? Someone breaks thru her trap set on the box holding the Domination Band, and she doesn't immediately think, "Why did Sorilea ask me to show that thing to her yesterday?" I immediately figured either Sorilea or Bair had to be a darkfriend as they were the only 2 there to see her undo her weaves. Then I checked back and found Bair can't channel. That appears to point to one individual, but Cadsuane doesn't even appear to think of the possibility. Maybe this will be a false trail like those Jordan was known to leave, but right now, Sorilea the darkfriend appears highly likely. Or is that just me?
