She has great antagonism towards him, so I think there's going to be a huge storm when they finally meet. In his state, she would be in mortal danger.
It will probably all be written so Egwene walks all over him while Rand knowing what is best for the fate of the world allows her the small moral victories while he tries to unite the lands for the last battle. She can't lose face in front of the Tower now can she, no can't allow just one man to put her straight.
End of the book state, you think he would treat her worse than Tuon or even similarly?
I wouldn't be suprised at all if the next book will be one long grovelfest for Rand as he debases himself before Egwene, Cadsuane and the rest...
I don't think Rand is going to grovel, but I do think he is going to apologize and thank Cadsuane for helping him remember why he fights. Cadsuane WANTS him to be strong, not hard. Cadsuane doesn't want him groveling to people, she simply wants him to show them basic respect.
Egwene and Rand will meet in the next book, for the first time since LoC. The meeting should be interesting. Rand could very well bow to her to show respect to the Aes Sedai as a whole (which she now represents) but she will be told in no uncertain terms that he has his advisors and that the last battle will be fought his way. I think he will also demand that men be allowed to become Aes Sedai again after the last battle is over and that it be published that Saidin is clean. That, along with the bonding of Aes Sedai, is what will cause him to face her anger I think.
Egwene... one of the best characters in the series

It was all very impressive, yes. Unfortunately, it was *too* impressive and that makes it hollow.

While I do prefer Mary Sue Egwene to Idiot!Egwene (Books 1-11), I'd much rather have Human!Egwene
