She's been with him from the beginning of the series, and has access to his thousands of pages of notes. I think I read somewhere that she intends to create a reference book when all is said and done.
The Big White Book was cool, but it suffered from being released in the middle of the series, and contained a LOT of filler.

The art was pretty bad, but I did enjoy the various (neatly) coloured maps. The ones of Seanchan, and Randland in other years, especially.
I also liked the depiction of Siuan Sanche and the drawing that was supposed to be Lanfear. Not as Lanfear, mind you; I just thought that picture was pretty neat
(with a few alterations, it'd make the perfect Cyndane IMO 
)
