I don't think it's a coincidence Suffa could be construed as a bastardised Suffer.

Elaida has been the second most annoying character on the side of the Light (surpassed only by Gawyn 'I won't believe my sister, Min or Egwene, some random peddler is the oracle of all truth!' ).
That said, and I don't expect it to happen (I expect her to buckle quickly and hand the Seanchan travelling), but her having an ephinany flying back to Ebou Dar that knowing Travelling she has to die for the good of the Tower and throws herself off to her death would make a good scene.

Not a Ingtar type redemption, but at least an acknowledge in death she can serve the Tower one last time, in a way she couldn't in life.
