I have to say that this was one of the best books ever. At first I was not pleased with the way characters were written. It was unusual I think to see them be so candid. But there was something about it that made me feel something besides excitement for inevitible plot point like healing severering or cleansing the taint. I actually felt fear and sadness. I was dissapointed by the deaths of Maesema, Semirhage and Graendal. But I think the shock of those things is what allowed me to fear. I was terrified that Rand would keep channeling or was still channling the True Power.... i was disturbed that Tuon resisted such a strong Ta'veren pull. i was shocked by Sheriam and Verin being Black in any capacity even their light ones. The few things that actually disappoint are the behind the scenes discovery of "queen" Morgase and similar scenes that barely got covered. I'm a little dissapointed that there isn't more invistigation of the black aura around Rand. If it's visible the feeling to a channeler should be palpable. But again this may have to get the title of best book ever.
