This seems to imply that LTT should recognise it but doesn't. I'm wondering if it is supposed to be a "copy" of LTT's sword, where somewhen a someone made a copy of that sword. Dom A seems to think it's Guaire Amalasans sword, which in itself was a putative copy of LTT's sword. If this is so it would explain the word "oddly". Of course LTT should recognise AH's sword too as they have fought together as HoH. But in that case the scabbard HAS to be new as AH would never have dragons on his scabbard. If it is Amalasan's sword it could have been in AH's posession as a war trophy.
