When Perrin is inspecting wagon tongues, wheels, etc., Perrin has a conversation with Balwer. Balwer attempts to persuade Perrin to keep some of the Shaido Wise Ones. During the discussion Perrin mentions that the Forsaken are hiding using "disguises." To this comment Balwer "purses" his lips.
