RJ: The Seanchan can only make one kind of ter'angreal. They haven't thought about making another.
I mean, once Elayne figured out the dream ter'angreal, she was all over thinking about new applications of her ability.
But like I said above, I guess sul'dam aren't big on letting their damane experiment with this kind of thing.
Plus, a'dam have been around since the beginning of the Seancean empire. It'd be like Aes Sedai experimenting with new Warder bonds (Sidenote: Warder bonds are an example of how to use the One Power to make someone faster, stronger, etc. without draining their lifeforce)
I amuse myself.
