Although Rand realizes that Elza is BA, we never hear of her Warder Fearil, who is a DF himself. One would suppose that he would either try to avenge Elza or flee, when he felt her death. But no one among Rand's group thinks of him.

A little blunder by BS? Or what happened with Fearil?

Either BS and Harriet forgot about Elza's Warder, or he was killed quickly after going crazy at Elza's death. It is somewhat surprising, because besides the scene Sidious mentions, there's also the scene of the purge where they think about the Warders of the BA.

The three soldiers Mat sends with the Aes Sedai are never mentioned after the group splits up.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
