Lews Therin Traveled to the plains west of what would become Tar Valon. I doubt he was anywhere near his palace when he commited suicide. I doubt even a power wrought weapon could survive that, not sure if even cuendillar could either, otherwise it would exist for eternity.

But the sword is definantly Justice.
