During the battle, there was explicit mention of how much self-control and discipline Egwene had gained - her anger was focused, cold and directed.
Egwene may be angry, but what she seems to have learned from her first attendance upon Elaida and the entirely different way she behaved in the second, is how to control her emotions, so they don't interfere with her decision making.
If Rand "knows" her anger, it won't be a tirade and I doubt it will be a tool that can be used to control her. I think it will be more akin to a meeting between equals.

Egwene has a penchant for overestimating herself to the point of arrogance, and underestimating those around her. She does not trust men especially men who can channel and potentially challenge her or the white tower's authority. In previous dealings with Rand, he allowed her a great deal of latitude in how she expressed herself toward him.
If her attitude toward Rand does not change, and she expresses anger toward him, especially in an arrogant way, then I very much believe she will be having a rude awakening.
Then again if she has evolved enough to keep her arrogance and anger in check then indeed it will be more akin to a meeting between equals.
All good things come to those who wait.
Rand al'Thor will face the Amyrlin Seat and know her anger

A raven is a raven but unless I'm mistaken they can't exchange gametes with foxes.
