It looks pretty straightforward that nobody can be trusted with ANY of them no matter how (comparatively) puny.
Then you better destroy all the angreal as well. And then all the channelers as well.
The argument just doesn't extend. The problem with the CK isn't that they're sa'angreal, but Super Massively Overpowered sa'angreal.
