I always wondered why the forces of evil didn't coordinate better, and Verin made it crystal clear in tGS. Selfishness. The DO's minions are driven by selfish purposes, and accordingly they do not easily act in concert. For this reason, it should come as no surprise that getting 13 channelers together for a common purpose is no easy task. Particularly when it could probably only happen at the command of a Forsaken, who would have little desire to create another competitor.


that trait makes it easier for the DO to manipulate them. In reality though, I tend to agree with your take on it.
