It has been stated from RJ, that Demandred has not assumed an alter ego. He does however use proxies. He tells Moridin that he has "gathered the troops." This doesn't mean it's a conventional army. It is probably first and foremost the BT through Mazrim Taim, whom we know takes orders from Demandred directly. As to the rest of his "troops", I have no idea...
