How much it influences the possible size of a Gateway, if you use a powerful sa'angreal like Callandor or the Choedan Kal, or cycles. What is the maximum size then?

I'm still thinking that the drilled Bore is basically nothing else than a gigantic Gateway through the Pattern to the DO's prison, and - like any weave - can be sensed & Unraveled again in the Pit of Doom, if the Seals are removed (also Min found out the last part in TGS due to Fel's note).


That's the whole point of Asmodean's comment. It does not matter how much more of the Power Rand channels, his maximum gateway size is set at 4x4 paces. That's the limit for one man, irrespective of whether he uses the Choedan Kal or not.


In WH Cadsuane weaves an ominously large gateway. I was wondering if her angreal contributed to this.
