Remember Siuan was stilled and Healed again. At her prestilling strength she could Travel unaided. At her current strength she could not make the weave work. With the sa'angreal what if it boosted her strength to the point it needed to work?

And what of Verin using her angreal when she gets ready to move the Band to Caemlyn?


But I'd say since a Sister can not sense Siuan's old potential anymore that her potential is reset to the new level.

Verin's moving the Band can possibly be explained if she linked with the other 3 AS with Mat (and maybe the Sul'dam too)... but it still argues that more power = larger Gateway
