Everyone in Randland writs off Murandy as being unimportant. Most of the readers are doing the same thing. Roedran is mentioned in passing (but several times).

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if Demandred is Roedran, but that doesn't mean he's not doing something with the Asha'man too.
