Elaida flits between believing the BA exists or not. However, if she sticks to the belief that it does, then all it would take is two events happening:
1. Finding out that Liandrin is with the Seanchan.
2. Wanting to capitulate to the Seanchan instead of the Aes Sedai. Who knows, maybe Elaida might be able to rile the captured damane against the Seanchan.
