The subject says it all. How long will it take for Elaida to reveal Liandrin? Elaida MUST know Liandrin is black ajah. Will Elaida reveal her to the Seanchan?
And more importantly...will Elaida threaten to reveal Liandrin unless Liandrin removes the bracelet from Elaida which will allow Elaida to escape?
If Elaida tries the blackmail thing on Liandrin, there are really only two options, I give each option a 50/50 chance of happening. Either Liandrin acquiesces and frees Elaida, or Liandrin kills Elaida (either personally or via proxy) out of fear of being revealed.

Siuan tells the Wonder Girls that not too many people connected the 13 fleeing BA with the murders. Considering Elaida doesn't notice things that don't deal with her, I don't see why she would know.
