Moridin's gateway to Graendal's palace - made with the One Power...

Am I right in saying Moridin no longer uses the One Power, and that he uses the True Power exclusively now?
If so, then we have a reasonable degree of proof that the guy who fetched Graendal in Arad Doman was an Ashaman, or else some other, unobserved male channeler made the gateway for Graendal to step through.
Either way, it shows that Moridin has surrounded himself with male channelers.
The alternative is that Moridin made an exception and used saidin just this once. However, according to Demandred in Winters Heart Moridin must have been using the True Power exclusively to gain so much saa in so short a time.
By the way, the reason we know the gateway was made from saidin was that Travelling by way of the True Power involves some kind of fading effect, as demonstrated by Ishamael in the Prologue to Eye of the World.
And Graendal did not comment about feeling saidar when the gateway opened, so I think we can exclude Cyndane or Moghedien as the creators thereof. There would certainly have been no reason to reverse and invert the weaves for the simple act of making a gateway to a meeting.
So it definitely wasn't saidar.
It was saidin. So is this reasonable proof that it was made by a rogue Ashaman or other male channeler serving the Shadow?
