Probably not much. Datakim Send a noteboard - 20/12/2009 09:26:45 PM
His comments and behaviour in general suggests that he is pretty constrained by both his contract and his personal ethics. So if there is a mention in RJ's notes that says Cadsuane will live happily ever after, I doubt BS would ignore that just to satisfy his own desire to give Cadsuane her compeuppance.

That leads me to suspect that perhaps something WILL happen to Cadsuane. What is up to air ofcourse, it could be that she will simply be humiliated verbally by Rant/LTT or something.

But there have been several mentions in the books that she is old and near death and how Rand would be her final "work". If this is foreshadowing then likely Cadsuane will indeed croak in the books. And it seemed to me that unless she is stabbed in the back by some random DF(lame) or dies from a heart attack(lame!!!), Moridin will be the most obvious way for her to die.

I mean her uber!ornaments mean that OP attacks are not an option so I doubt even Demandred could easily defeat her. Not with the massive advantage the ter'angreal give her. I suspect thats why in TGS, Rand threatened to kill her with his Ta'veren powers, because BS knew that if Rand just threatened to burn her to ash with the OP, Cadsuane would(quite justly) have laughed at such a futile threat.

For the OP-immune Cadsuane the only TP user Moridin would seem like a perfect way to believably hurt or kill her even with all those ornaments. Assuming that she somehow survives by intervention from say Rand, this whole scene might then lead to the reveleation of the TP to the public. Not a big leap from there for someone(Min) to realise that Rand used the TP to escape the collars. Chaos naturally follows. :)
