Demandred poses as someone, who was likely mentioned in the books, but didn't appear as a character on-screen yet.
It's early and my brain isn't working. Has Darlin been an on screen guy yet?
We have seen Darlin on-screen before TGS.
As said, possible candidates might be e.g. King Roedran or the Taraboner General Tamrin. Or maybe Demandred is the new King of Tarabon, who we don't know yet, or perhaps a noble from the Murandian House Chiendelna (which Luc uses as an alias, too).
