Sorry, wrong movie.
Seriously, I'd cut out Moiraine's big speech in the Two Rivers about Manetheren. Elyas Machera would have to go, and Perrin and Egwene's flight from the Ravens. In fact, I might even keep the group together. As much as I enjoy it, I'd probably have to cut out most of Mat and Rand's trek to Andor. In fact, I might just keep the group together after Shadar Logoth, and just hit the high points (the Myrddraal in Whitebridge, Perrin and Egwene captured by the Whitecloaks...).
