I might be wrong, because I don't remember that particular scene that clearly.
But that doesn't mean she actually lives forever. She fully believes (as do most of the Chosen) that victory can only come on the side of the DO. So she would therefore believe that she will live forever since its inevitable in her mind that the DO wins and grants her immortality.
