Personally, I think the Forsaken bodies age (and die) just like any other (non-oathrodbound) channeler.
What makes them immortal is that the DO can tranmigrate them into new bodies when the old bodies die, with their memories intact. I don't think there is anything more to it than that.

They've seen him, they have seen these incredible things done. So they have reason to believe.
