That Mat's dice-in-head/luck ability is a Talent? Much like Wolfbrothers is what I mean. I have always felt this to be true but I can't recall anyone ever discussing it. If its not a Talent, what else could it be? Is it a result of Shadar Logoth? Of being ta'veren?
