here's the thing that bothers me about the death of Asmodean --
If it had been Saidin or Saidar that killed Asmodean, Rand or Aviendha would have felt it.
Especially a weave big enough to be balefire.
So could Asmodean have been killed by the true power? or by conventional means?
Also, maybe he couldn't be "transmigrated" because his black threads to the DO had been cut.
