Illusion is indeed common AS knowledge. Besides Moiraine, e.g. also Alanna uses it in LoC.
IIRC, inverting weaves was taught to the other Rebel AS by Egwene, after she learned it from Moghedien. Not sure about hiding the ability to channel.
