1. she is a master at outmaneuvering

2. rand only hid his true intentions from rat man

3. rand should have hidden from rat-man-

a. who gave him his instructions

I don't think he could have hidden that, at least not well enough that Graendal wouldn't have seen through it straight away.

b. made him think they were real

(Was this "Rand should have made him think his instructions were real?" I'm not sure how to parse this one.)
He did think they were real.

c. made him get there on his own

If Rand did that, he would have no way of knowing when he arrived, and would run the risk of Graendal finding out well before he was ready.

4. the info that Rand doesnt hide from rat man ruins the plan:

a. Graendal cumpulses rat-man

b. under compulsion, info that rat-man has that hurts:

1. false pretense for visit

Well, obviously Rand needed to invent some sort of reason for the visit. It was supposed to sound like he was sending an envoy to gather allies for an assault against Graendal, but she might have seen through that too.

2. traveled there WITH RAND

No, he didn't. Rand sent him out through the gateway by himself, then followed well after he was out of sight.

3. could point to the spot where he traveled to

Well, yes. He could only hide that by opening another gateway, but might have alerted Graendal that something was up if she had wards. Or by sending Amsalan on foot, which would have made his attack impossible to synchronise.

5. Graendal would know enough to ruin the plan while making Rand think he succeded.

a. send the man out compulsedd

Grr... See FT's reply.

b. travel to a spot where she can see rand BF the palace

She had no reason to believe Rand would BF the palace, and little that he was actually outside. She isn't omnicient.

c. remove the compulsion when Rand BF's the palace. her skill is so great at delicate compulsion i'm sure she can unweave it with no ill effect.

From 100m away with no-one noticing? Maybe, but she would have to actually predict it to do that.

your thoughts?

I know, it's another Graendal lives theory. This one is actually better thought out than some of the others I've seen, but seems to rely on a piece of faulty information - Amsalam didn't actually know that Rand had followed him. It is possible that she worked it out without that clue, but I'm not sure why she should have left the palace.

I firmly believe that Graendal is dead, so you're wrong. Have fun coming up with theories though.
