mostly because I think her persona is even more designed to manipulate women! Men are easy to mess with for her, she wouldn't even need to act like a lightskirt to accomplish that. That act IMO is aimed at the women around her... sort of like Verin plays the role of absent-minded Brown Sister. Show people what they expect and play your real game behind the scenes. Note how Berelain doesn't take that tactic with the WOs? Or at least when she does they see right through it and call her out. Like Egwene she's one of the few characters in the books that actually adapts to her situation and acts accordingly. Probably one of the underlying reasons I like both characters.
