Great news. I hope my skepticism of earlier this year will prove to be unfounded. *NM* RandAllThor Send a noteboard - 25/02/2010 02:06:32 AM
Around Christmas time Sanderson seemed to go a bit quiet on the TOWERS OF MIDNIGHT front and some comments by him and his assistant on his forums indicated that he was having problems with the book and was even postulating a delay into the first half of 2011 wasn't out of the question.

Fortunately, Sanderson seems to have worked out those problems and posted a much more positive and upbeat update today, stating that the book is now back on track for a late 2010 release. He also said that TOWERS OF MIDNIGHT will be about 20,000 words longer than THE GATHERING STORM.
