Both of us also forgot the Bowl of the Winds. Without Elayne, the Bowl doesn't get found (in Ebou Dar) and the weather doesn't get changed. That was HUGE!

Last, he advice to Rand in the Stone helped him politically to a good degree, as did Moiraine's tutelage. Still, I believe there is a passage where he credits her (Elayne's) teachings in helping him in Cairhein.
