I'm not sure if the Seanchan appreciate how close the last battle is. They do not seem to have the same info about Shadowspawn for one thing though the guide did say that they had wiped out most of the shadowspawn in their blight.

I don't doubt that they think the last battle is near but I don't think they believe its only a few weeks away. From Fortuna's pov if she can get hold of Rand he can open a gateway to Seanchan and half or more of the forces under Fortuna's command can secure the capital and presumably the palace with the throne in it. Then Rand kneesl to her and all their problems are solved as far as the Dragon reborn goes, he will want to obey Fortuna for as long as he lives and then they can go fight the last battle, defeat the Dark One and then set about reconquering the Seanchan mainland.
