Hello this is my first post so bear with me, please. However, isn't it stated that the Aes'Sedai used the One Power to bore the hole in the Dark One's prison causing the end of the Age of Legends? If that is the case then mutation from nuclear holocaust is out.

That is true. I guess I didn't think enough when replying. But how did the Aes'Sedai first gain any power. That might have been what ended the fourth age. What came before the first age.
