true. However, in my best recollection, RJ was always very careful in his his reference to the culprit to avoid unintended clues. If you are right, given the volume of Q&A on Asmo, there should be other instances where RJ said "he", and/or if those instances demonstrate the reference was not a hint--if he says "he" but also refuses to give a clue. the contradiction would IMO demonstrate the "he" had no meaning.
