Balefire is nothing but paradoxes! Gher Send a noteboard - 06/04/2010 03:53:32 PM
Funny, but it does appear to cause a paradox. you BF yourself, your thread is burned out out of the pattern back in time (it's only a split second in the past) prior to the time that you BF'd yourself. Would you stay dead b/c you are burned out? Or would erasing the action undo its consequence? And thus would you come back? Is a paradox caused b/c a thread is gone once it is burned out, yet the action that burned it out never occurred so the thread should be there?

I cant believe i'm actually thinking about this. I'm really getting bad. i need professional help.

But balefire can't undo balefire, so you'd balefire yourself, and die in the past just the same as if anyone else balefired you. How far in the past depends on how much power you use.

Wouldn't balefiring yourself break space and time? *NM* - 06/04/2010 12:27:40 AM 221 Views

balefire doesn't undo balefire, therefore no paradox *NM* - 07/04/2010 05:38:04 PM 243 Views
We have a pretty good idea about the "where". It just doesn't help. - 06/04/2010 04:27:44 AM 593 Views
Well, the first step is admitting you have a problem. Good for you. *NM* - 06/04/2010 10:10:51 PM 229 Views
I'd like to know, but it's honestly not the first thing on my mind. *NM* - 08/04/2010 03:42:41 AM 318 Views
