We have a regular bat problem in the physics building here. Apparently, there's a whole bunch between the ceiling of the third floor and the roof of the building. But anyways, it seems that at least once a month one of them decides to take a nap while hanging, in direct view of anyone who looks, in the cupula-type-thing that rises out of the roof. So we usually throw things at it to knock it down (sometimes it takes a while, but it does happen). Once it's down, the building janitor kills it.
No battle-crys, and it's happened so much that it's really routine more than anything else, now.
