I have enjoyed what little I have read of his works. I'm not sure why I have balked for so long at Tashmere Send a noteboard - 04/05/2010 12:18:24 AM
trying more. I read some short stories he wrote for the Saturday Evening Post and loved them. I can still see pictures some of the scenes that he painted gorgeously in my mind. And they were funny too. I need to give other stories a chance. I think I am turned off by stories told from an animal's point of view but have no idea where the aversion came from.

Let me know what you get.
