The conversation isn't something I'd share, since I was invited to dine with him and his college buddies from Vanderbilt. It was quite cool, though.

I've had several really good email convos with authors, though, and as I've stated almost ad nauseam, I'll be working closely with authors/editors such as Ann and Jeff VanderMeer, Minister Faust, Junot Díaz, and Catherynne M. Valente (along with Brazilian author/blogger/teacher Fábio Fernandes) on the Best American Fantasy anthology series. This has to be quite cool, no? :P
