Any chance the "Rules" and "Help" links are going to go anywhere soon?

If nothing else it will prevent idiots from pleading ignorance should corrective action prove necessary. As stated from the start, feel free to write Help and Rules textsand submit them as bugs. Even if they're not accepted as-is, they could be a good starting point.
At least the "Rules" part; I'm not sure where to begin on "Help. " As stated in the ticket, I don't expect a rubber stamp for what I submitted, but, once again, it's been nearly a year, so it seems like there should be some kind of direction for new members trying to find their legs here. Dissections, critiques and complete alterations are welcome and encouraged.
