Magic of Recluse novels - The few I've read I didn't mind. They are so formulaic, that I find something comforting in them. The best part is you can read them with your eyes closed. ;)



I'm a fan of Recluse too. I'd hardly consider reading them to be an embarrassment though.

For me, it's the fact that I read a LOT of Children's books. Anybody remember "Sideways stories from wayside school"?

Oh, and the babysitters club. Now there are some books I have never grown out of.

Also the "circle of three" books.

and, horror of all horrors, there's this series of books I like that were probably written for eight year olds. "The Secrets of Droon" by Tony Abbot.

Other than that, all the buffy books and the roswell books and the charmed books, etc.
