You don't need to reread TtH, actually. Reaper's Gale is much more relevant.

I mean, yes, the shocking events at the end of Toll the Hounds have their consequences for this novel - how could they not - but they only hit about halfway the book, and you don't really need any details of TtH to follow this book.
