I have been told that it was mailed late last week. TOR always seems to do this to me with Brandon's novels. He had to send one of his own copies once. 

At least he's a higher priority now for their publicity department. It's a very nicely-made ARC as well, with the feel and quality of a tradeback.
I do a fair bit of business with the two people at TOR who handle his PR... and Brandon CC'd them on our conversation about his upcoming work, and asked that they'd get me a copy when it was available.
