At OF there was always the problem that to do regular book clubs, you either need a lot of members (which there weren't, later on) or books that most people have read, which gets old fast, or you need a lot of people willing to obtain and read the book prior to the book club.

How are you guys planning to do it here, and how will you handle those problems? I suppose widening the book club to include non-SFF books might help to some extent...
