Thoughts, feelings, etc.


We get a laugh in all three, with Lockhart disolving all the bones in Harry's arm. More with Lockhart getting blasted by Snape in the dueling club. Yet more with Hermoine turning into a cat with the Polyjuice Potion. :D

Harry's revelation as a Parselmouth is big in this as well, with all the suspicion towards him as the heir of Slytherin and the following attack on Justin Finch-Fletchey (sp?) .

Also, these chapters were an interesting expansion of the tension between Malfoy and Harry. In the Quiditch pitch, then in the dueling club (where Malfoy cheats, of course), and then an inside look into Slytherin and the "relationship" between Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle.

Can't say I'm sorry to see Colin Creevey, the human Dobby, get petrified and out of the story for a few chapters!
