Revisited: Will A Dance with Dragons be completed in 2010? RandAllThor Send a noteboard - 25/07/2010 09:54:39 PM
I posed the question at the end of 2009/beginning of 2010.

As of several weeks ago, however, Martin has reportedly completed 1400 manuscript pages, and his publishers are reportedly very reluctant to publish anything over 1500. Although I've admittedly been overly optimistic on this front in the past, it seems to me that we should be fairly close to a big announcement, absent a decision to rewrite half the book or some such.

Is anyone willing to change their original prediction for completion in 2010?

Martin's "staring at a blank screen" line doesn't sound too encouraging. *NM* - 27/07/2010 06:56:23 PM 445 Views

GRRM is already up to circa 100 MS pages on Winds. The mind boggles at the timeline issues. *NM* - 01/08/2010 04:35:20 PM 393 Views
Not too bad this time around. - 05/08/2010 07:52:01 PM 931 Views
GRRM's now finished 8 POVs, with at least 2 left. I wonder how many more he has to go. *NM* - 08/08/2010 01:15:24 AM 462 Views
