Dust of Dreams is sitting there, waiting for me on the bookshelf. I will wait until the last book is available then do them together. Why? Becuase I would have forgotten much of Dust of Dreams by the time the Crippled God is in my hands.
In the meantime, I strongly recommend Esslemont's Return of the Crimson Guard. He has really advanced his style of writing from Night of Knives, so much so that you cannot really tell that what you are reading is not Erikson at his best. Best thing about Esslemont is that he is focused on characters. Philosophy gets a short shrift.

Excellent review. Strengthens my resolve to reread at least part of TtH before starting. Thanks.

You don't need to reread TtH, actually. Reaper's Gale is much more relevant.
