Granted, I have only read the one book, and I like Balveda's name, but some of the others are annoying.
if there are weird consonant clusters i can't figure out...
Well, he has gone the dull, but safe route in much of his naming, by taking them from history.

I didn't like Gardens of the Moon much, either. Deadhouse Gates is better. I have not read the rest. I am waiting for the series to be finished. Perhaps then.
ah... well, i don't know if i should skip it and just try out the next one in. hmmm. i'm pretty resigned to the unfinished series thing. i either get to read the rest or i don't, you know? i'm fine with waiting... i have too much to do to worry about books. (unfinished) thesis, work, etc.
