That Jehoshaphat sounds like a nice fellow. I'd be interested in some good mystery books, or really anything that makes me think when I'm reading.
I'll recommend my favorite mysteries, the Nero Wolfe series by Rex Stout. Or if you wanted more sci-fi oriented mystery, I'd suggest Bimbos of the Death Sun by Sharyn McCrumb. If you can really barely read, you might want to try Nancy Drew or Encyclopedia Brown.

Haha, I've actually read Encyclopedia Brown, but that was a loooong time ago. It was kind of fun then.

For other books to make one think, I tend towards nonfiction. Maybe just some light reading, like Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time.
Yeah, I like non-fiction as well and have read this one. It is a great read. Other things I like to read are historical accounts.
